Frequently asked questions

Can the dual cameras on the cat feeder clearly capture my pets even in low-light or dark rooms?
"I was amazed by the infrared night vision — I can watch my black cat enjoying her midnight snacks in super clear 1080P, and there’s no bright light to bother her at all! The side camera even picks up our sneaky dog trying to steal a few bites."
Is the setup process easy when you first start using it?
"It only took me about 25 minutes to get everything set up. My tip? Watch both the installation video and the app guide right after unboxing. I also reached out to the seller for a little extra help — totally worth it to make feeding super easy!"
Is it able to dispense smaller portions for cats that need to be on a diet?
"Absolutely! I was able to easily adjust the portion size in the app to just 1/8 cup per meal. My cat tends to overeat, so setting smaller meals at specific times has really helped manage her weight. It’s super convenient, and I feel a lot better knowing she’s eating the right amount now!"
Does the 5G/2.4G WiFi connection actually keep the feeder from disconnecting?
"I had a chance to really test it during a storm — I switched between 5G and 2.4G using the app. 5G kept the live video streaming smoothly, and 2.4G made sure all the meal schedules stayed perfectly synced. In the three months I've been using it, I haven’t had a single disconnect, which is a huge upgrade from my old feeder constantly dropping offline!"

I'm one of those pet parents—constantly worried if my cat is okay when I’m away. 😂 Before this feeder, I’d leave huge bowls of food out (not healthy, I know) or try to arrange for friends to come check on her. Now, I just open the app, check the cameras, and can even talk to her if I want. The night vision mode is shockingly clear too, which is great because I work night shifts sometimes and want to peek in after dark. Knowing she’s eating well and hearing my voice has eased so much anxiety for me.
We thought having one cat was manageable enough, but when we adopted a second kitten, everything got chaotic. Different feeding schedules, different diets... I was stressed out! This feeder totally helped us get organized. We use the app to set up separate meal times and the portion control to make sure the kitten doesn't overeat while our older cat gets the exact amount he needs. Being able to see them both on camera is so fun too — sometimes they just sit in front of it like tiny statues waiting for it to drop food. 😂 Honestly, I feel like it made the whole "two cat household" transition way smoother than it could have been.
I was skeptical about whether my super picky cat would accept a new feeding method, but she LOVES it. I think having the consistent mealtimes really appeals to her. The fact that the food stays fresh inside and doesn’t sit out getting stale is a huge plus too. I also appreciate that I can adjust portion sizes easily if I notice she's leaving food behind. She’s thriving, and I’m less stressed — honestly a win for both of us.
Our rescue kitty is super timid, and sudden changes freak her out. I was nervous about introducing an automatic feeder, but the ability to record my own voice made a huge difference. She recognized my voice calling her for dinner, and it made the transition so much easier. Now, she actually gets excited when she hears it and comes trotting over without any hesitation. It’s been a small but really meaningful tool in helping her adjust to her new home.
I often work late and worry about my cat sitting home hungry or bored. With this feeder, that stress is totally gone. I know she’s being fed on time, and I can check in whenever I want through the cameras. Sometimes I even say hi and watch her perk up at my voice. It feels like we’re still connected even when I’m not physically there. Honestly, I think she’s happier now than when I used to scramble home to feed her late every night.
